2) All ISPM 15 member country demands the wood packaging material must either be ISPM 15 compliant or ISPM 15 exempted.

Chemical Fumigation = treated with methyl bromide, a heavy metal banned by EU for health poisoning.
Heat Treatment = heat pallet with a minimum of 56 degrees Celsius for a continuous 30 minutes. A certificate of compliance is required for each shipment
4) Shippers constantly face delays at destination ports due to incomplete or incorrect supporting documentation required for proving that the requisite treatment has been done.
